Groupe COFINA whistleblowing platform
This channel lets members of Groupe COFINA report, in confidence, serious facts they became aware of in the course of their work: corruption, fraud, harassment, discrimination, harm to health or safety, environmental and social breaches, data leaks.
You can report 24/7, in French or in English, anonymously or under your own name.
Your guarantees
Confidentiality
The content of your report and, if you give it, your identity are accessible only to the people in charge of handling it. You can also report anonymously.
Disciplinary immunity
No disciplinary sanction can be taken against you for a report made in good faith, even if the facts are not established later.
Civil immunity
You cannot be held civilly liable for a report made in good faith.
If you want to stay anonymous
- Use a personal device (phone or computer) on a network that is not Cofina's, for example your mobile data or your home connection. Cofina's network and devices keep connection logs outside this platform.
- Do not give, in the description or in attachments, details that only you could know.
- The content of a document can identify you, not just its metadata: a photo, a screenshot, a tracking sheet or an email can point to the person who had access to it.
- The platform does not record your IP address.
Who can report?
Permanent and fixed-term employees, interns and apprentices, members of management bodies and directors of Groupe COFINA.
Who handles your report?
Reports are received by the Group Compliance & Human Capital team. Group Audit investigates admissible reports and the ESG (RSE) team works on environmental and social matters. A report about a member of executive management or of the Board of Directors is handled directly, and only, by the Audit, Compliance and ESG Committee.
How do you follow your report?
When you submit, you receive a reference and an access code, shown only once. With them you can see the status of your report, the deadlines given to you and the team's replies, and add to your report until it is closed. If you are anonymous you receive no notification: come back and check your follow-up space.
